İ have an active account on both shazam and apple music but since approx 2-3 weeks i can not syncronize and open my shazams with my apple music

It appears that the Shazam application you've installed on your iPhone is no longer working with your Apple Music subscription. I'm happy to help.
If an app unexpectedly quits, stops responding, or won’t open -- Since Shazam isn't working as expected, follow the steps in this article, except step 4 (as that will remove all of your Shazams).

I aleady fallowed all those steps ( included step 4 )

I send an email to Shazam support too. They doesnt answer yet.

I have still same problem. I reseted completely my ıphone and ınstalled all my apps again too

The problem persist. İ couldnt find a solution

Please help
