Question: reviews and metrics not showing up

I've personally heard from over 25 people that have left reviews in the past 7 days, but only 5 have gone through. Where did the rest go and why are they not showing up?

I've heard from over 50 people who have listened to multiple podcasts fully. Why is their data not showing up? Is there a good way to aggregate all the user metrics?

User reviews are tied to users' countries. If the reviews you've received are from users outside your country, you'll have to to change the iTunes Store country you're looking at to see those reviews.

Apple's podcast analytics service is still in beta, so the information you see there may not be entirely accurate. Also, Apple analytics does not track downloads/plays from non-Apple devices/platforms. And it only tracks analytics for listeners who are using the most recent version of desktop iTunes or the iOS Podcasts app under iOS 11. Users outside of these very specific apps/platforms aren't counted.

Thank you for responding.

I am aware of everything you mentioned. The reviews are from the USA, which is the country I'm looking at when I look for reviews. I've spoken to 4 people today alone who said they've been trying to leave reviews for several days, but nothing it showing up.
