how do i edit inaudiable voicemails

iPhone 5s,

Received voicemail & there is lots of background noise

Is there a way I can get rid of the crackling & background noise,

So I can hear the whole voicemail?

You'd have to export it and find a program with filters that may filter out that noise.

It's a lot harder and more complicated than it looks like on crime shows on TV.
