No Visual Voicemail on my IPhone 7+

Hello group, I know this has been an ongoing problem and I’m wondering if anyone has a solution? Just up graded my phone to a T-Mobile 7+(my 4th BYOP iPhone) on Straight Talk. My previous iPhones’ visual voicemail worked on ST which leads me to believe this is an Apple issue. So far I’ve reset network settings, reset ALL settings, removed SIM, restored from a backup from a previous phone with working VV......it’s frustrating not being notified when I get a voicemail at the very least. It’s like the dark ages on my $500 IPhone.
