Question: i Turned off my iCloud Photo Library and thousands of my photos deleted how can I recover them ?

I’m scared that thousands of my photos have been deleted and I need them back but what’s happened is I was uploading pictures I had to Instagram when an exclamation mark appeared at the bottom corner of the screen and I read about it and then turned my iCloud Photo Library off to see ifit would go away and It deleted thousands of my photos which aren’t on any other device and won’t let me turn it back on please help me the photos hold very much significance and no one else has them so if someone could help me please i would appreciate it so much

Go to iCloud.com and see if the photos are there. Also, turn back on iCloud Photos on the device, plug it in and connect it to WiFi. With a large library as you describe, leave the device alone for a while to see if the photos will re-populate to the device.
