I need to get older versions of Apps for older version of iOS since my old iPhones and iPods cannot be updated to iOS 11!
What does one do to get older versions of iOS Apps and get them installed on old devices?

If the older iOS version is supported, you download the app(s) directly with the device.
iPhone > App Store > Updates > your icon (top right) Purchased > here if you have apps that support older iOS.
