storage upgrade

I bought 50 gigs of storgage but it does not show up. Still showing as 5 gigs.

The iCloud storage upgrade went through successfully, it shows on the account's purchase history ? Have you tried closing the Settings app via the iPad's taskbar, and/or doing a soft-reset/reboot of the iPad, and seeing if it shows 50 GB when you re-open it ?
