• What does "audible voicemail notification" mean exactly? Are you inquiring about the tone that sounds the initial time your iPhone detects a voicemail you have not heard? That is what I assume. That tone is not repeated; however, a badge appears near the Phone app with a white number in a red oval meaning something there is awaiting your attention.
• What does "answer the voicemail" mean exactly? The badge indicated above only indicates voicemails you have not opened. There is nothing that keeps track of whether you respond to a voicemail (as opposed to, say, simply deleting it).
