Question: Can't get full 1Gbps on MBP with USB-C Gigabit Ethernet Adapter

Bus 001 Device 004: ID 0bda:8153 Realtek Semiconductor Corp. USB 10/100/1000 LAN Serial: 001000001

The server is a Mac mini 2012.

running with

iperf -s -u

I tried reset

PRAM
,remove
Little Snitch
,test in
safe mode
,but still only 650~700Mbps. I tried plug this adapter in a windows pc,which is able to work in 900~950Mbps.

iperf result:

iperf -u -c 10.0.0.101 -b 1000M -t 10 -i 1
