how do i fix cookies to do bill pay

Can’t do bill pay for my bank on my Mac. Says my cookies is disabled but it isn’t. How do I fix this? My son can’t do his online homework either. It won’t bring up the content

1. Safari > Preferences > Privacy > Cookies and website data:

Deselect “Block all cookies”


2. Safari > Preferences > Privacy > Website tracking:

Deselect “Prevent cross-site tracking” temporarily.

Note: This is an important privacy feature. Once the task at hand is finished. select it again.

3. Safari > Preferences > Security > Web content:

Deselect “Block pop-ups”
