Can you change the background color on iTunes on an iPhone?

I’ve been trying to find a way to change the background to my songs on iTunes. I thought I’ve seen some of my friends with features on their phones like this maybe I was wrong. But how would I get the colors?

There is no option for a custom background colour in the Music app on iOS. iTunes is the store app, and that may have different colours in various sections of the store.
