imac bluetooth disabled after a period of time after a micro USB android cable is plugged into the USB port

My iMac was running fine with bluetooth connected to the keyboard and mouse.

It happened that whenever i plugged in an android USB cable (micro USB) into the iMac 27 inch running MacOS 10.3.3 and the system is running a period of time, the Bluetooth will disconnect my keyboard and mouse. Then the bluetooth icon will show a curvy line around the icon instead of the 3 dots.

when this happens, i had to reboot the system again as i could not get the bluetooth to start up.

Anyone met this problem before?

iMac, macOS High Sierra (10.13.3), 27 inch, 40 GB RAM, 1 TB SSD
