Can this dent or damage my screen

Hey first thing I want to start of is that I have ocd I over protective when it comes with my phone when i was pressing a picture because I had 3D Touch enabled so I can see better I heard something pop I think it was my finger or was it the phone if anyone what is it can you please tell me thanks
