Is there a "defragging" function to move all the regions in a track to the beginning of the document? pics attached

So picture 1 is the before and picture 2 is the after. You can see the regions towards the beginning are now all packed at the very beginning of the track. Sort of like defragging the track. Is there any automated way to do this?

Try this:

  1. Select the regions you ant to move.
  2. Choose Edit > Move > Shuffle Left.
