on ipX ios11.2.6. when lockscreen appear,flashlight and camera logo gone .I must unlock the phone first or use control center (sorry i'm not good at english)

iPhone 5c software glitch? I understand that the iPhone 5C is old and can only run iOS 10, but an odd software issue recently occurred. When I turned the phone on to take a picture, the Lock Screen was my wallpaper photo without the time, date, or any other normal button. Swiping the screen, pressing the home button, and other tactics did not fix this. It was a few hours later that it went back to normal. Do any of you out there know why this happened? Any answers would be appreciated!

Wallpaper changing to black screen for lock screen Since IOS 16.1 update my lock screen wallpaper randomly changes to a black screen. When looking at Settings, the correct picture shows as my current wallpaper. The only way I've found to get the correct picture back is to turn the phone off and turn it back on. Anyone else have a permanent fix?

IOS 16 On locked screen there are symbols for flashlight and camera. Neither feature activates using touchscreen. Is it a bug or a setting I’ve missed?
