Why I can’t send invitation to my family for Apple Music
I have Apple Music membership,I and Apple Music took the money from my apple store card.,and when I try to sending an invitation.,I get a message the one say.,

Exactly, every icloud or Apple ID has to have a payment submitted before you can do anything on iTunes. Not only that they may have everything shut down, like airdrop, location, receiving... number of reasons.
