WHY CAN'T I ACCEPT/PURCHASE IMOVIE?

Macbook air 2011 user here. Every time I enter my acc it doesn't download

Imovie won't download on my MacBook air I have been trying to download iMovie onto my laptop, and in the app store it says "accept" under iMovie, when I click accept it then asks for my apple ID info, I enter it and nothing happens. A few minutes later, it just says accept again and goes through the same process. My computer does not need to be updated. When I check for updates, it says there is none.

Imovie I recently updated my Macbook air to macOS Mojave 10.14.4 and tried to update Imovie in App store, however when I tried to do so, i got this message "Before you can update the application, you must accept it on the Account page in the App Store". What does that mean?

Cannot update iMovie Hello, i have tried to update iMovie after i had updated the OS on my MacBookAir to 11.2.3 Every time i go to the app store and press update on iMovie it says 'sign into iTunes' I go to iTunes, enter my user name and password and its says 'download' I press download and the dialog box opens again 'cancel or download' I have tried signing out of everything to try and log back in again and it will not work. Is there a way to sign out of iTunes? any idea what the problem is?
