Font Book Problem

After i install Korean Font, font book suddenly lag & others application lag also, so i restart my mac and remove the Korean font. Then the problem begin, every time i install new font, font book will automatic disable all user font become empty. So i restart mac all font is come back, font book got the new font, but font list in adobe illustrator cannot found the font i install, so i need restart again. sometime restart mac 3 times the font finally appear on font list.

How can i fix the problem like this.
