iphone 7 matt black color started chipping off from upside of speaker after 3 moths of buying

i am using iphone 7 matt black from last 3 months and one day i suddenly noticed that the color is started chipping off from upside of speaker and slowly it starter spreading. within 3 months of buying if such things happens than its very disappointing. So i just wanted to know whether i am eligible for the replacement because its not physical or liquid damage, its a manufacturing defect from Apple. Please help with this ASAP. Looking for your early response.
