ipod touch 6th generation could not be activated because activation server cannot be reached.any one?

Try resetting your MODEM/router by unplugging it from power for 10-15 seconds, or so, the re-plug it in and let it re-cycle itself.
In addition, try a hard reset of your iPod Touch by holding down both the Home and sleep/wake buttons simultaneously until your iPod Touch goes to black and restarts with Apple logo, then release the buttons.
