Without even informing me apple deducted my money for itunes

I recently bought new iphone X ,I took 3 months free subscription for Itunes.

When my 3 months got over I was accepting that apple will send me a message that your subscription is getting over kindly buy subscription for Itunes. Every music app sends this message after your free trial is over or exhausted.

I noticed that apple automatically deducted Rs 120/ 1 month from my card.

This is a crime which apple is doing. Apple has no right to access my account and deduct money from my card for any kind of subscription.

It's up to the customer whether he/she wants to continue the membership.

This is a fraud which apple has done. I want a resolution other wise I will definitely raise this concern.

iPhone X, iOS 11.2.6

You already know that we are fellow users and that these are user forums, not iTunes Support nor Apple, nobody on here can give you a 'resolution'.

I assume that you are referring to Apple Music as there is no '3 months free subscription for Itunes'.

Purchases are considered final but you could try the 'report a problem' page to contact iTunes Support and see if they will refund or credit you as a one-off : http://reportaproblem.apple.com

Or you can try contacting iTunes Support via : https://support.apple.com/contact or https://www.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html
