My apple id has been locked.and my recovering id and apple id are same.also i don't remember all the security answers.so how can i unlock it?
If you can't re-enable it yourself : If your Apple ID has been locked - Apple Support
contact iTunes Support in the country where you are (and which is therefore the country on the account) and see if they can/will re-enable it and reset your security questions for you : Contact Apple for help with Apple ID account security
