Live Clock in Powerpoint for Mac 2016

Please reply with links if you know of a product that will display a real time digital clock on every 2016 Powerpoint for Mac slide while in presentation mode.

There are several options for this on PC, most notably: www.presentationpoint.com and www.officeoneonline.com but have yet to find a product for a Mac; perhaps because these PC products are flash based?

Thank you in advance for your time and experience.

On Windows, C#, C++, and Visual Basic all have access to System services, and can use a DateTime.now library call to query the current time and desired formatting from the system clock. The means to build this visual into the Windows Powerpoint slide exists, but is not a Flash solution.

On the Mac, there is also Microsoft Visual Basic support in PowerPoint 2016, and one would have to determine how, if at all, one could use VB on the Mac to access the System clock, get the current date/time information, and embed that into a Powerpoint slide. Microsoft is progressively migrating the Windows VB IDE functionality to Office 2016 for Mac, and they do not expect that completion until later in 2018.

Whether the tools exist now to produce the Powerpoint clock functionality, may exist in the future, or never exist on the Mac is an unknown at this time.
