Why imessage and face time activation is not possible?

I tried all the variantes written by Apple on the site , whithout result.

Please help me to fixe this problmem

Hi Sarah,

I bought this phone a week ago, and i don’t undersend why imessage and face time doesn’t work with my number phone ( ****) Face time is working only my id Apple ( ****)

I want face time and imessage go active on my numer phone

Please help me

What is the model number of your iPhone? Settings>General>About>Model.

You may have to scroll to see the entry for Model.

With which wireless provider in what country are you attempting

to activate FaceTime and iMessage?

If there is an error message, what is the exact

complete text of that error message?
