Question: could not activate iphone

Dear after i update mt ios 6 & ios 5s from 10.3.3 to 11.2 my phones stuck and i cloud not activated i contact with apple support and relay they do their best for nothing they could not help i this if apple want to help in this issue and solve this problem it will do it but they are happy to see us loose our devices to buy new but they don't know they start loose the loyalty of their customers and they will be reduced slowly , now my advise to apple management till your engineers to remove hardware checkup what they add it recently to ios 11.1 we are still clever no need to cheat us we know why our devices stop working so please please think again and help us not to loose our devices what its mean you will loose us
