Question: App Subscription

Good Evening, I'm Deshan from Tondabayashi, Japan. I'm using an iphone 6 plus 64GB. Under my Apple ID I mistakenly subscribed to "TuneIn Premium 1 Year Package " As soon as I saw i went to my subscriptions and put off the tick where it showed me 10000¥ for the subscription. But still I get mails informing me that my subscription is expired. Can I get to know that whether i need to make a payment or not?
