Portrait Mode Problem

When I want to take a photo in portrait mode, somethimes it is working somethimes when you clicek device is restarting. I reset to factory default and I re-installed via itunes but problem is still available.

Is this a software problem?

Is anyone has the same or smilar problem?

iPhone X, iOS 11.2.6

Unable to use Portrait Mode on iPad Pro 12.9 Rear Camera iPadOS After updating my iPad 12.9 (2018) Cellular 512GB ( Space Gray) to iPad OS - I was attempting to use the rear camera with portrait mode to take a few photos, but for some odd reason it will only allow “portrait” on the front facing camera. Any one else seeing this or am I missing something? Thanks!

If you've already restored to factory settings AND set up as a new phone, then that's a hardware problem and you should make a genius bar appointment.
