When I have my I phone 7 in my pocket it does not ring but goes to voicemail. I have looked through apple instructions but could not find anything to help. Before I put ii in my pocket I press the sleep/wake button. Could this be the problem

Do you see a crescent moon icon at the top of the screen? If so, turn off Do not Disturb at: Settings - Do no Disturb = Off.
