my iphone x crashes when ever i try to unlock it!!!!!

If your software is frequently crashing, you can follow some simple steps as turn it off and on, if unable to restart, try to reset using a quick press on volume up button and release, quick press on volume down and release, and long press the side button until Apple logo appears. If yet it keep crashing, you can isolate a software issue by resetting it via iTunes (you can find the steps at the article Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings - Apple Support)

If, after following these steps your iPhone still crashes, you might need to visit an Apple Store or Apple Authorised Support Provider.
