Apple store card

Hi, hello people.

So basically I'm planning on buying an Apple Store gift card (not itunes or app store, like proper Apple store) and I was wondering If I can buy one in an Apple store and not on the website.

Also, I'm from Belgium and the Apple store I'd like information on is the one in Brussels.
