automatic lock, 6s sleeps but then hard reset to open?

Hi everyone, I have had iphone since the first iphone and never had a problem since I bought iphone 6s.

At first everything was ok, but when I upgrade the ios to 11(by wireless,unfortunateley, I know it was a mistake) , then Iphone needs hard reset to open after it goes screen lock. I have to keep the screen alive to keep the device work. I called the customer service, they told me to upgrade ios via computer connected to iphone by wire. I did so couple of times, but no change. What would be the problem? Please help me!

iPhone 6 Plus, iOS 11.2.6

I would try to wipe your device to factory settings - make sure you back it up first - set it up as new, not restoring from a back up and see if issue continues. If it does not, restore from back up and test again.

If when set up as new still continues, make an appointment

If not and after restoring from back up, it continues - you have a problem in your back up

If neither work, it is not a software issue, make an appointment
