hello! I have an extra $0.04 in my itunes balance and i need to change the store to another country. Unfortunately i dont have the complimentary tech support, which means i cant use itunes support. Pls help quick
Contacting iTunes Support is free to do, you don't need 'complimentary tech support' to contact them.
