Since I downloaded the latest IOS update my phone(6) does not ring with all calls and we I first activate my phone Apple iTunes is the first thing that appears on my screen, is this happening to anyone else?

I downloaded latest IOS .the first thing that appears on my screen is ITunes, and I don’t get a ring tone with all calls.

If I understand the issue correctly, your iPhone is displaying a connect to iTunes screen. If this is the case then please follow through the directions in the link below for assistance.
