Thank you Apple, for breaking Numbers at Tax Time

I have exported the file to '09 so I can work on it. It is impossible to work on when I open it default, and there is no update in the App Store. Apple, this is typical about how very little you care about your users. And to all of you Apple professionals who will provide condescending answers: the program should work when the user opens it. Sorry, you are justifying something that is broken.

numbers / xcel my xcel file is no longer working/ interactive on my newer macbook pro (worked beautifully on my older macbook that is now fried). it was an amoritization/mortgage file and I could add / delete payments and it would calculate my new payoff date. on the new macbook pro, this same file is static. no matter what changes I make, it's not changing any outcomes. (seems the formula is not being applied).

Numbers upgrade will not download Help. I operate on OS X Yosemite desktop. My Numbers spreadsheets are on iCloud. My version is 3.6.2 (2577). I cannot read my spreadsheets as the system says I have to upgrade Numbers via the App Store. I try but it just keeps whirring... I am stuck. Any suggestions?

Numbers I was working on a spreadsheet, and decided to revert to an earlier version. Then it said the file was invalid. So I tried opening an earlier version on the timeline - but none of them will open. Is there any way to access one, so I don't have to re-do all my work from the last few years? John
