Hi, I bought an used iPad Mini 3 but I received an iPad Mini 1.
The seller says I have no proof to say that this is the iPad he sent me.
Do I have any way to see the iCloud account history that were used on this iPad? That's the only way I can prove that this iPad is the one he sent me (showing that he logged in with his account before selling it to me).
Any suggestions would be welcome...

There is not IMEI, just the SERIAL NUMBER. It is an iPad Mini Wi-Fi (no SIM ).
I have checked yesterday the SERIAL NUMBER on the Apple website but there is only info related with a "Valid Purchase Date" a "Telephone Technical Support" Expired and a "Repairs and Service Coverage" expired.
Anyway, the seller could say that he doesn't recognize that SERIAL NUMBER.
I don't imagine another way to link the iPad with its seller other than through the iCloud accounts used on the device...
Check the iPad's IMEI -- Find the serial number or IMEI on your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch - Apple Support.
Sounds like a dubious sale and seller in my opinion. Personally, I would return it and request a refund, but that's me.
