double charged

i was double charged $49 for clash of clans. I only recieved gems for 1 $49 purchase. The app was having problems with my password when this happened- i think. Can you help?

Clickhereand ask the iTunes Store staff for a refund, or if you got an email receipt, use the Report A Problem link in it.

Problem September 18, 02/06/2020 I was charged 1490 money for the purchase of chips in short backgammon, but they did not enter the account. Can I find out what the problem is?
