Why iPhone X doesn’t show the caller ID?

My iPhone X doesn’t show the caller ID.Eventually the call will be a missed call.How do I solve the problem.Almost everyday I am restarting my phone just to see my caller id.Once I restart I am able to see but after sometimes the problem is back.

Caller ID issues When I go into settings to turn off 'Show My Caller ID' the slider doesn't load, I just get a continuous spinning wheel.
