Accidentally purchased 6 month Tinder Subscription

I loaded Tinder and was looking at purchasing a 1 month subscription to try it out. When i was on the subscription screen I pressed the 6 month subscription to read more about it but found out that I purchased it when I selected it. Tinders website says they will refund for this reason. Here is their notice:

https://www.help.tinder.com/hc/en-us/articles/115003521343-I-want-to-request-a-r efund-

It says they will refund for Tinder Plus, which is what I purchased. They give instructions to go to my iTunes account and in the receipt section select "report a problem" to request a refund. When I do this, it says that this product is not eligible for a refund.

I contacted apple support to see if they can help me and they said no.

I sent my apple support chat log to Tinder support and have not heard back.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to proceed? I would like to try the 1 month subscription for $20 ... not a 6 month for $83!

Apple's terms of purchase in the USA are, "All Transactions are final" (https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/us/terms.html), but some countries have different laws so check terms for your country at: http://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/. If sales are final then it is Apple's decision if they want to grant a refund. You can always ask, and people do get refunds on a case by case basis, but Apple can also say no.
