My iPhone 8 is up to date on software. Started rebooting on it's own last week. It stopped for a few days and now it's doing it again today. It rebooted 4 times in a row. Doesn't need an update and have plenty of storage.

You can isolate the hardware from software behavior by restoring your iPhone using the iTunes (follow the steps at the article Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings - Apple Support). If after the restore the issue persists, you might need to visit an Apple Store or an Apple Authorised Service Provider for a deepest diagnostic.
