Thanks for using Apple Communities.

If your iPhone won't boot, you might need to reset it using iTunes. Just connect it to a computer with iTunes installed, and it will recognise as an iPhone that need to be restored. If not, you must press the power + home buttons until it turn of, then release the power and continue pressing home until it displays an "iTunes" screen. You can get further instructions at If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won't turn on or is frozen - Apple Support
