Adding arrows to Highlight film in imovie on my ipad

I would like to add arrows (and/or graphics other than text) to highlight action in recorded sports films in iMovie (on my iPad's version of iMovie). I know this is possible in desktop version but I just have an iPad Pro. Is this possible or do I need another application? Or not possible solely within iPad application? Thank you.

What am I doing wrong in iMovie on iPad Pro I am following the vague instruction Apple provides, but EVERYTIME I touch the clip I want to make into a highlight reel, iMovie sends me right back to the beginning. EVERY movie I have imported, when I touch the clip to trim it, takes the start and stop yellow bars to the begnning and end of the footage. Where is a DETAILED explanation on how to use this "application"? NOTHING is working right.
