Get rid of Extended 1x and back on sprint
Help. My iPad is on Extended 1x and I want to get back on sprint.
If you are in an area where you normally get Sprint service then contact Sprint, they probably have a technical problem with their equipment.

If both are now doing it to you no matter where you go you may have a problem with the last Carrier settings. Do a Restore from backup on each device.
Not sure what your iPad has to do with it. If you drive a mile away does it change?
My cel iPhone is on sprint but my iPad is not. Spent an hour on the phone with sprint and could not fix it.

My iPhone is on sprint. My iPad now says Extended 1x. I travel throughout the northeast with both every dsy
And everyplace you go it now shows Extended 1x?
Yes I was in NY last weekend, and I drive from CT to RI for work everyday
Only the iPad is on extended 1x. My cel iPhone is just fine and on sprint. I have tried the reset, turning it off etc.
