General/Update Apple ID Settings is greyed out and won't change to the settings page.

iPhone 6s, iOS 11.2.6

I don't see any "update Apple ID Settings" under Settings > General on my iOS device.

It is in Settings...Apple ID, iCloud, iTunes ect.
