GoFlight Pro Yoke vs. MacOS High Sierra

I have been using GoFlight's GF Pro Yoke System for several years for X-Plane flight simulator on my late 2014 iMac. It worked flawlessly until I installed OS High Sierra, now when the Yoke is plugged in (USB) I have no control over my mouse, which scrolls down the screen and is nearly impossible to use. Everything worked fine with Yosemite, now High Sierra has rendered the Yoke unusable and before I am faced with removing High Sierra I am asking for help. There was a similar post in 2016 by another user in 2016 and I cannot find where this was resolved.

iMac 27" Retina late 2014

OS 10.13.3

GF-Pro Yoke System NG 737 Yoke (USB)

X-Plane version 11

I have tried using the Yoke through a powered USB hub and directly plugging into a USB port, does not solve my problem. I have swapped mice, using bluetooth and conventional USB plug in mice, does not solve the problem.

I found nothing related on they manufacturers limited support site.

Thanks,

Dave

Unfortunately there is little you can do other than to restore the last known working version of OS X. The product was designed years before High Sierra's release and either its firmware or driver (if it has one) is no longer compatible.
