Activation Lock

Dear All,


I have an iPhone 4S 32GB and i'm having problem to activate my phone. Yesterday, I just got it from the mobile repair shop coz my screen was broken so what I did... I plug it in to my laptop to reset and update to the new ios which is 9.3.5 but after the update Apple is asking me to activate my phone... I enter my icloud and password but it saying "The Apple ID "h*****@icloud.com" cannot be used to unlock this iPhone."

I checked the apple support and follow the instruction so I deleted all the devices connected to my Account but i forgot to turn off the Find my Iphone. Until now i cannot unlock my phone..


anyone can help me please??

iPhone 4S, iOS 9.3.5, 32GB
