Health app stopped all tracking

Hello,

In July (quite a while ago) my iPhone 6S Health app suddenly stopped tracking all of the activity. Throughout the time and numerous re-sets and updates it still has "no data" in it. Other activity tracking apps, however, work perfectly fine.

Anyone faced anything like this? What could be the issue?

iPhone 6s, iOS 11.2.6

Hi dimshek,

I understand that the Health app on your iPhone 6S is no longer tracking data as you'd expect. It's nice to be able to keep track of your activity, and I'm happy to help you work on this issue.

Based on what you've attempted so far, I recommend that you reinstall iOS on your iPhone. The Health app can't be reinstalled individually, so this would be the best way to accomplish this task. Follow the section titled "If your device turns on but gets stuck during startup" in the article below:
If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won't turn on or is frozen - Apple Support

This article was written with a different issue in mind, but the steps will still be applicable for you.

Cheers.
