If I send messages and they say Free Msg: Unable to send message - Message Blocking is active.
When I send to somebody message they not go

These do not sound like words or phrases associated with the Apple Messages app.
Perhaps "Free Msg..." results from an SMS message sent using your cellular carrier. If so, contact them.
