How do I delete a stubborn app

What is the best way to close and delete a stubborn app. When I try to delete the app, I get a message 'FullControlHelper” can’t be moved to the Trash because it’s open.The App does not show up in "Force quit", and I get the same results when I try to drag it to trash.

Frozen app CUH. Today I installed CleanYourMac to (successfully) resolve an issue of constant fan noise. However, since the installation, I keep getting the recurring message asking if I wish to Quit the non-responsive application CUH. I cannot find a CUH app (or file), but I'd like to delete it - whatever it is. Any suggestions?

Cant delete app, says it's open but it's not I'm trying to delete an APP and it says it cant move to trash as it's open. I can find where it's open. I've restarted twice and not sure what to do but need this app removed.

I’m unable to “delete” an app. No trash can icon, “delete” does not appear on Home Screen nor app library Why can’t I delete the “Houzz” app? “Help” directions do not work because the the trash can icon does not appear nor does “Delete” appear.
