As mentioned in the title, my spotlight does not offer suggestions from the Internet though I checked everything in my spotlight preference. Also my region is US also showed in the setting.
Anyone knows what's happening here? lol

I do mean my spotlight does not give me the suggestions from the internet. For example, for the sample on spotlight tutorial online:

when I try to search "Apple Store", there's no section "map" which shows me the locations
Spotlight is entered through the command and spacebar key.
It seems what you are asking is your browser is not searching correctly.
Try running the malware bytes to see if you have adware or malware that has affected your browser search.

This is my safari setting. However it still doesn't give me Internet suggestions lol same thing if I set the default browser to safari
