Spotlight Internet search does not work

Hi guys,

As mentioned in the title, my spotlight does not offer suggestions from the Internet though I checked everything in my spotlight preference. Also my region is US also showed in the setting.

Anyone knows what's happening here? lol

MacBook Pro TouchBar and Touch ID, macOS High Sierra (10.13.3)

Yes. Use google are some other search engine in your browser.
